Reservations:

We want guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience of our cottages and therefore have a minimum 1 month rental period.

Bookings are confirmed upon approval of your rental application and receipt of a 50% deposit.

Damage Deposit - A security/damage deposit of $2,000 is required.

 

Occupancy Limits:

Port  - 6 guests

Starboard - 4 guests

 

Note: the name and age of each guest must be registered at time of booking and no overnight guests or subletting is permitted.
